Hello all, 1st time poster here.

I recently purchased the Sony theatre system 6 to pair with a Sony A80L OLED. For the price, the system is quite good but it does not offer the Sony centre sync to use the acoustic surface of the TV as the centre channel.

The Quad does offer this feature. Is this a feature that will enhance the audio experience? Some online have mentioned a 'hissing' noise when this feature is turned on. Has this happened to you and how did you fix it?

I just can't understand how staff, particularly Doctors have resigned to paying for the parking based on how much they earn?

At my Trust, the parking capacity is limited and yet I have to pay twice as much as AHP colleagues just because I get paid for more as a Consultant. How are they allowed to treat this as a Tax on earnings when the (non-guaranteed) service is the same? Before you ask, its not a salary sacrifice scheme - its taken net.

Is it the same in other Trusts?

Edit 1: The parking at my Trust has been outsourced to Serco. While my parking application is on NHS headed paper the money and profits are reaped by a private company!
