If you email happycustomer for an product problems and technical support, but are unable to reply for a couple hours, they will close that "ticket" and ignore follow up emails. I have tried 3 or 4 different times to get help and even when I finally got a person, Elio was the name. They asked for a dxdiag and some other info for my computer, we'll I guess I took to long to respond and they just drops it since my emails have been ignored. Very annoying.
