Hi everyone. I took my cat to see Dr. Khan at Mash Mire hospital and the kept billing us with no record. No slip or no printed or written bill was provided and when asked, the reciptionist said there is no bill. They kept taking cash daily. Is this normal? The thing is, i did payment in cash so i have absolutely no record of the payment now. I only have my cat's bloodreport and they diagnosed her with mycoplasma hemofelis. They kept her on 2 drips and gave 4 injections daily for 3 days. When i enquired on what they are giving to her, the staff redirects me to Dr. Khan. And when i ask Dr. Khan, he never explains anything.
Well after 3 days my cat finally ate some food so i believe she is getting better but i just think the no bill system is very shady as i don't have any record of the things injected in her body. When i told one of the staff about this worry of mine, they said and I quote, "we give medicines based on latest symptoms so the record isn't necessary". Oh also, they did not do another blood test to check if the results are normal now.
