Hello everyone. Apologies if it seems like Im freaking out, I am. I am participating in the ole program experience Italy this winter, which starts on the 22nd. I was advised when I enrolled (around a month ago) to book flights on the afternoon of the 20th, as you need to fly out then in order to get to the course on time. I booked flights that left at 3pm, because they were the only flights that I knew wasnt going to be interrupted by the war in the middle east (they stopped in hong-kong), assuming that there are 42 exam slots and there was only a 10% chance of me getting an exam on that day. Except, I did get an exam on that day, at 1pm, and its a 2h exam. What do I do?? Is this valid for special consideration?? Do I just have to cop losing the money i spent on the flights and book new ones at a much higher price flying through a war zone?? Idk guys if literally anyone has any advice would really appreciate it. Ive emailed the OLE people but i was wondering if anyone here would be able to help.
