Just looking for some tips on how to not choose a snack when bored.
I try finding things to do but I always end up back at the fridge just staring.
I have tried to drink tea or snack on fruit but that only helps for a few days before I do not want another apple or cup of tea.
I do feel like my meals are overall healthy, im sure i could always add more fiber or protein but I do not feel hungry...Just bored and something salty/sweet/crunchy for some reason feels like the answer.
