Hiya, I have a 2016 340i xDrive and am trying to lower the standard suspension for looks and handling. The body roll is too much for me as I drive back roads often and the suspension is just too soft.

I was looking at 40mm lowering springs but I've heard they can cause excessive wear on other suspension components, not sure if that's just for M Sport and adaptive suspension though? Also not sure which company and style to go with.

Does anyone here know if that would be too stiff for dailying or cause wear problems? Maybe different lowering amount would be better? Anything helps! 💜
