Overall, very pleased with the merch, (not thrilled with the shipping/communication as many of you experienced as well 😅) but if you’re getting any of these items at the fest, we think you’ll be satisfied!!

Updates from the gal herself, a correction on the times for Wednesdays On Site Will Call and confirmation on some items being shipped out!
Alright friends, as we get closer and closer to the fest and many people still aren’t seeing their wristbands/parking passes (us included) I wanted to provide everyone with the will call information so you know where to go if you need to pick up your stuff!
Wed: ON SITE AT THE STADIUM (only 3-8pm as confirmed by Haylle at DWP)
Th - Su: OFF SITE AT THE MARRIOT COLUMBUS OSU (do not go to the stadium if you need to pick up items during the festival, you must go to the off site location)
Alright friends here’s the next update on what I’ve heard back from DWP merch.
Sadly, they are no longer able to honor the 4/20 ship date OR the 5/1 ship date, and orders arriving before the festival is no longer guaranteed.
We’ve been offered the ability to cancel our order at this time if we want to, so if you want to do so, you can email the team at orders@rockworldmerch.com
Super bummed that this is the outcome but we’re still waiting on our wristbands and parking passes too, so shipping was definitely a pain point for all departments this year.
