Hey colleagues!
Little tip for my fellow dLive user: if one day strange audio clicks start to happen randomly during your VSC/setup/soundcheck, try to change your CAT line BEFORE starting troubleshooting the other culprits (clock, MADI settings, Reaper buffer........), even if the connection between MixRack & surface seems effective.
A bad cable from the house (still STP Ethercon, under 100ft) drove me nuts for a fair amount of time because the system is not telling you anything about any dropouts/mismatches, and everything seems locked & clocked, but it's not.
I think these kinds of systems should be particularly wary of detecting & alerting user about data loss or system unstability, and I feel a bit disappointed by this after an otherwise flawless tour on the system.
