Hello! We just bought this house and while we like the layout, we are wondering if we'd be able to make a primary suite somewhere - mainly the attached bath, a walk-in closet isn't necessary. Since its my first home, I'm not super familiar with what's reasonable or not. I know that its easiest to put a new bathroom next to an existing bathroom, but not much more than that.

Ideally, we'd keep 3 total bedrooms, but that can change if necessary!

Any help or advice would be appreciated!

EDIT: sorry for the confusion, all! The red x's are (what we believe to be) a garage that was converted to a kitchen, and we're planning on using it for storage since there is no garage.

Yes, floor 1 is partially below the ground, its a split level home.
