Is is too early to tell their gender?

One is bigger than the others with a lighter bill. I think they are around 4 weeks old. No quacking yet.

Impatient to know their gender😭 their down is starting to molt off and we can feel little spiky feathers coming through i think they are about 3 weeks but not positive. Pic makes them look smaller than they are. The one is bigger yhan the others and his bill is starting to lose the black and turning pink.
