If you are decently new to the game enough to where you need to go to the map ground zero I would hold off for a day or two before going in, ground zero has different servers for players below lvl 21 to ensure newer players are paired with newer players, however this does not account for prestige levels so a level 8 prestige 1 2500 hour player can be paired with a lvl 5 prestige 0, 50 hour player

I say this because BSG have recently lowered the requirements to prestige by a considerable amount so expect any current ground zero raids for the next week to have at least one or two people in your raids who have about 2k hours more experience than you as the wave of new prestige 1 players rush to get the GZ quests done as quickly as possible
