what is this noise

there's a squeaking coming from my front passenger that squeaks when i turn the wheel and go over bumps. i just changed my oem control arms to the bmr adjustable ones maybe a month ago. i think it's either the shocks going bad or the whole control arms but i wanted y'all's opinion since im not the best mechanic.

i'm looking to install some bbk shorty headers in my 05 4.0 v6 but i'm worried about getting stuck mid install. all of the install videos say that i need to remove the starter, steering shaft, and raise the motor. i'm not the best mechanic and im feeling kind of lazy so i wanted to know if yall had any experience or any tips for this job that could make it any easier or atleast convince me to try.
