Travelling Pune to Mysuru via Car. Should i take Kolhapur route or Solapur ?

I had a conversation today that in Salesforce company, they are training Salesforce QA for development or other roles.

And Salesforce QA roles are soon going to vanish from the industry.

How true is this ?
