I've been trying to cut down on caffeine , but it's honestly harder than I expected . Every time I reduce , I get headaches, low energy n end up going back to my usual intake
Is there any proper way or method to reduce caffeine without going through all that?
If anyone has successfully cut down , what work for you? Please let me know
