Rahane, Raghuvanshi and Green and role of anchors in T20

People in the sub defend Rahane and Raghuvanshi's low SR and slow innings filled with dot balls saying they play role of anchors. However, that is far from truth.

True anchors can play the situation. They can bat at 130 SR if needed, and suddenly hit 4-5 sixes to increase SR to 170-180 if needed. Examples of these in IPL teams today include Green, Shreyas, Tilak Verma, Patidar, Sanju (if he survives the PowerPlay) etc. They are best anchors who can slow down, but also hit according to their will.

The problem with Rahane and Raghu is, they can only bat slow in middle overs, and gets out if they try to accelerate because they cannot hit at all. This was clearly evident in the chase vs SRH where they struggled to hit even after being completely set, whereas Rinku came and hit the same bowlers immediately after coming to bat and finished the match.

RR today lost 2 wickets in first 2 overs (both of their openers) and ended up scoring 225. We lose 2 wickets in Powerplay and we end up scoring 35/2 in Powerplay and eventually under 160. How can other teams keep hitting on losing wickets whereas our batters go into a shell and self destruct?

In the very first match vs MI, refused to blame bowling for failing to defend 220 and got downvoted. Now, on the same ground, 3 more 240+ scores have happened. RCB scored 240, MI scored 243, and then lost the match.

We still have the same problem as we had in the first match, i.e., batting. 3 R's, Rahane, Raghu, Ramandeep are not fit for T20 batting, and are the only reasons for our pathetic condition in the table.
