Corp employees: I’m looking for advice or experience with selling RSUs from Amazon.

I have a nearly 6 figure market value of vested RSUs. I’m considering cashing out and using the money to pay off the rest of my student loan and credit card debt ( and potentially use any remaining to build a downpayment for a house)

Has anyone here done something similar and happy with that decision or do you regret not leaving it in your account? Trying to weigh my options and wouldn’t mind hearing from others.
