Do programs like ExitLag and NoPing actually help yall get low ping ? If yes, which one of the two is actually better ?

Are they worth it FOR THE PRICE ?

A few days ago on Sunday, I was playing from Noida, Jio and was getting 80 ping. But now I'm back home in Delhi NCR only but getting 160 - 180 ping ( Airtel ISP but confirmed with my friend who has Jio, he also is getting same 160ms ). Are any of yall still getting low ping ?

Also, whenever I try to check whether I'm the only one having the problem and open a random indian Fortnite players livestream on YT( especially R3HAN ), they all have 30-50ms idk how.
