Has anyone else noticed AI-generated product photos while shopping online? It's making things really confusing

I've been noticing something lately that I wanted to bring up here because I feel like it doesn't get discussed much — a lot of online shops seem to be using fully AI-generated clothing images rather than actual photographs of the product.

From what I've read, fashion complaints related to misleading AI imagery went up quite a bit last year, and women's clothing is one of the most affected categories. Some of it is outright scams, but honestly, even some legitimate brands are quietly doing this without disclosing it.

A few things I've started watching out for: unusually perfect fabric drape, blurry or strange-looking hands, no real customer photos in reviews, and the exact same pose repeated across color options. Not always a red flag on its own but a few together makes me pause.

I'm curious if others have experienced this or have tips for spotting it. Do you think brands should have to disclose when product photos are AI-generated? Would love to hear your thoughts. 💬
