Uzui was on par with gyutaro after losing an arm,blood loss,heart stopped,severely poisoned and wasn't even using his breathing [the strongest weapon of a slayer] and in the manga it was even said that if the poison didn't had him at his limits he would have been able to aim for gyytaros head after unlocking mst.So a one armed mst tengen can still behead gyutaro.

Now as we know gyokko is a bum who can be ragebaited easily and he explains his own bda to his opponents.Tengen can ragebait him easily plus he would develop mst faster because of gyokko explaining his own techniques.Plus tengen can easily avoid his needles even if those hit him it won't have effects as severe as gyutaro's poison as we saw base mui who is a bum endure it.

This chugga Gyutaro was hit by this wisteria coated kunai 2 times but the first time he got hit he was able to instantly adapt to that wisteria within seconds even after his both legs got severed by tengen.But the second time he got hit for some reason it took him minutes to recover so slowly that half dead tanjiro was able to parry some of his attacks.
