I'm currently in a residential outpatient program called "express clinic" , the whole program is just a sham compared to the handbook/paperwork I received in treatment, we go to class from 9am-noon monday-Friday and we have to be back by 8PM for curfew and thats it, which sounds fine if you don't see the schedule on paper says there's a lot more resources they're supposed to be offering. each house which in the snohomish county they have 4, has over 20+ heads per household.... we only had 1 refrigerator up until the other day when the house decided to find a couple for free on Facebook marketplace.

The main reason I posted on this thread was because if people are wondering why there's been an influx of people applying for ABD benefits it's because the house managers recommend we apply since we're not allowed to work for the 1st 3 months and we're required to buy basically everything for ourselves including food but it's easy to get SNAP benefits.

I want to say that I'm really grateful for having a roof over my head, but it's not what was advertised to me in treatment and a lot of it feels very animalistic, I haven't even been UA'd once since getting here and I've been here for a month! That should say a lot, I'm still thinking about getting into an Oxford house because it has a way more realistic amount of people to 1 house and ive been in one before and it was very beneficial
