Has anyone successfully gotten intermittent FMLA through their jobs? My job is cracking down and doctors notes are no longer excusing us so I need some kind of job protection during flares when I cant move my hands.

Did your doctor fight filling out the paperwork? Should I have an appointment with him to discuss this first? Should I go through my rheum or my pcp? Please give me all the advice you wish someone had given you.
