I purchased a seat in the front and last minute they moved me to back of the plane because a minor has to sit w the parent.

I get that they need to sit together, but first of all, how were they not grouped together in the first place and second, why do I have to move? It could be them moving back.

Still can't understand how they can do that without notifying me AND they give me a business card for a refund so that I can CALL them. Now I sit on the very back of the plane and I have to deal w reps when I land.

Sigh...
