Are there any Car meet groups on PS5?

I have a bunch of cars and don’t really grind GTA I just play the adversary modes sometimes.

If there are any groups that do Car Meets on PS5 lmk

For context I play on PS5 and only play in console lobbies.

Yesterday I was playing ranked and was clearing the 2nd floor when this Vigil just snapped on me and had no vertical recoil. It’s not like Vigil heard me coming and his recoil looks like scripts, it’s not moving vertically a whole lot, the amount of bouncing around horizontally makes me think this guy is definitely cheating.
