30f in MCOL city in Midwest. Recent jump this year in salary from $60k to $90.3k.

Playing little catch up to hit the salary in retirement by 30 benchmark. Contributing 10% to 401k with (4%match + 3% bonus match paid out if approved by BOD on a yr basis). And maxed out Roth for 2025 and on track to max in 2026.

New goals are homeownership + student loan payoff.

HYSA- $25,301

Student loans- $19,352.51 interest rate 3-4.6%

Will be receiving a gift for life events in the next year or so (house/wedding)- $45k

What should I be doing differently?
