My cat has long had what I would generally call “skin issues.” She has licked the majority of the hair off her belly, a large portion of her tail, and now a random spot on her side. The only thing that seems to improve it is steroids, but long term that’s not ideal..?!?! She looks like she’s got mange, but she’s never been an outdoor cat (evident from her plump appearance 🤣). After a round of steroids the area improves but… not completely. (Including pics of her hairless belly as well.) I have also added fish oil to her food, which has helped her coat but still, the baldness. Has anyone experienced this and if so how was it resolved?? Is it a condition? Anxiety?? Ugh. Thanks.
