Thinking of building a deck around [[Killian, Ink Duelist]] and was looking at what instants and sorceries to include. I’m trying to exploit the repartee mechanic as well as make a lot of inklings. Does a card like [[agressive negotiations]] get his cost reduction? Or is it only spells worded like [[afflict]]?

To put it another way, can a spell simply have “target creature” in its abilities text somewhere in order to cost less? Any suggested inclusions would be appreciated.
