When Does an Open Case Become an Approve Case

So, does the Chicken come before the egg. So, here's the scenario, Buyer opens case, Buyer likely damaged the merch in order to receive some form of refund, begs Poshmark to approve the return, Poshmark approves the case for return, and Buyer refuses to ship the return after 15 days.

This question is..... If a Buyer opens a case, secures approval for return but refuses to ship the merch back to Seller, is it still an Opened Case?

edit: at the end of the day and after 15 days, Poshmark releases earnings and marks transaction "Order Complete".

Okay, for those who patronize Poshmark can you answer this question? If I'm currently sporting a 12% Seller Cancellation Rate over the Last 90 Days, how is it my closet is still active and I'm still getting Offers?

I'm sorry guys/gals and all others but this is the first time I will actively protest the use of a feature rolled out by Poshmark.

The Bulk Re-Activate Listings does absolutely NOTHING for the Seller. This is yet another ploy by Poshmark to back Sellers into a corner and a tool for Poshmark to penalize Sellers for inventory accuracy, cancellations, deletions or marking listings Not for Sale.

Sellers Beware

I hate to sound like a nervous Nancy, but ever sine the recent changes, I cannot get a response from Sellers when I like or make offers on listings. I've made single offer to multiple Sellers across the platform in order to create a competitive bidding scenario from Sellers and pooooof! Nothing

Is anyone else have a similar experience?
