I run a small remodel crew and I’ve been wondering if there’s any best field service software that actually makes daily huddle notes easier to share

We’re a crew of 3 and every morning we do a quick 15-minute huddle to go over the plan for the day, but right now I just write everything on a whiteboard and then someone takes a photo so the others can reference it later, and it feels a bit clunky, so I’ve been looking for something where I can just type the daily plan once and have it automatically show up on my two guys’ phones without needing extra features like GPS tracking, scheduling systems, or customer signatures, just something simple for sharing team notes.

Recruiting automation when you have no HR team

We need to hire 3 engineers in 60 days. Right now it is just me and my cofounder. We post on LinkedIn, get 200 applicants, manually screen resumes, send Calendly links, and lose track of who we replied to.

ATS tools feel like overkill and we do not have time to learn them. I want applicants to fill one form, get auto screened for must have skills, then qualified people get a calendar link while others get a kind rejection. I also need to keep all communication in one place so we do not double email someone. How are solo founders automating this without adding another tool to manage?

Breaking into enterprise AI consulting from strategy

I’m a senior consultant at a Big 4 with 5 years in ops strategy. Every client now asks about AI and I’m getting staffed on enterprise AI consulting projects with zero technical background. I can run workshops and build decks, but when the data scientists start talking about vector DBs and eval frameworks I’m lost.

For people who transitioned from pure strategy to enterprise AI consulting, what did you actually learn to stay credible? I’m worried I’ll get exposed on delivery or stuck doing PMO work forever. Need a roadmap that doesn’t require a CS degree.
