Is cissia suposed to do more damage than seed?
Got both this patch! They're both built with normal stuff, initially i had 21% damage on cissia but after trying to understand her kit properly i had 51% damage cissia and 43% damage seed, is it fairly normal for cissia to outdamage seed, or do i maybe not understand seeds kit either?
