When will it go to other streaming platforms?

I always thought that Season 5 was too short and didn’t give enough time to each miniboss. Stars has less filler total than the Amazon Trio did by themselves. Now I think that all of the problems could have been solved if they just added more filler. No Papillon? Add her. Manga not done yet? Keep making filler until the manga finishes, then wrap up the season. No Jupiter focus episode? Make one while waiting.

I'm talking same colors and drawing style as Sailor Moon or Saint Seiya or Creamy Mami, but made in modern day.
