I’m genuinely asking at this point because I’m starting to think it’s not bad luck, it’s just reality.

Everywhere I look, it’s the same thing. Men obsessed with the manosphere, parroting the same tired takes, acting like basic decency is optional. Where are the ones who can actually think? Who can hold a real conversation that goes beyond gym routines, crypto, or whatever podcast told them how to behave this week?

I’m not asking for perfection. But is it really unrealistic to want someone who is intelligent, well-educated, good-looking, and actually… nice? Someone who doesn’t treat every interaction like a transaction or a test?

And before someone says “lower your standards” I already have. Repeatedly. The bar is basically on the floor and somehow it still gets missed.

What I do get is attention, sure. Plenty of it. Looks aren’t the issue, I know how I come across. I take care of myself, I dress well, I’m not exactly invisible. I have an athletic yet feminine body. My cleavage is always being stared at lol, If anything, it just attracts more of the same energy. Lust, surface-level interest, zero substance. It’s like being reduced to something to look at instead of someone to talk to.

At this point I’m wondering if the combination I’m looking for just doesn’t exist anymore. Or if the culture has just made it rare enough that it might as well not.

Curious if anyone here has actually found differently, or if we’re all just pretending this isn’t the situation.
