I love that he’s putting his money into developing and delivering fish with no fishing, meat with no murder, milk with no suffering, palm oil with no deforestation. Jim Mellon is one of the single biggest backers of cultivated meat (lab grown meat) and precision fermentation (milk and milk based products) through his company Agronomics, and he is coming to reddit to do an AMA.

Jim Mellon was convinced by one of the ANIC investors to do the AMA at a recent investors meeting, so this is a chance to find out what it’s really all about. What shall I ask him? What would you ask him?

I’m more of an ethical vegetarian myself, I mean I just couldn’t give up cheese, right? But are there people out there who would eat meat, or indeed drink milk and munch cheese, if it meant no animals were harmed in any way? I’ve been reading up about lab grown meat and fish, and dairy products created in fermentation labs, and have to admit I’m intrigued. Thoughts anyone?🙏
