I am a first year in college. I learned graphics through courses and self study. I got internship in a company from Banglore. It was work from home. The work is done on canva and photoshop mainly. To create instagram ads. I create about 40 posts a month. So I was working for this company for 3 months for free. They're offering to pay 2k next month onwards. Is it fair?
Yeah I am absolute beginner and this is my first internship.

Am I underpaid? I have no idea what the normal rate is.
