I'm applying for JLSS and binigyan ng dalawang form which is formG2(commitment to return of service for ra 10612 applicants) and FormG1(commitment to return of service for ra 7687 and merit applicants) what should I choose po? Akala ko if jlss kasi matic RA 10612 agad? Please enlighten me

hello po kuyaa/ates. I was planning to take the dost jlss scholarship this july and I was kinda nervous because the passing rate last year was significantly low huhu, to give you an idea I am an engineering student. I have several questions po please. first question, ano po yung coverage ng exam?(please enlighten me in everypart huhu). 2nd, yung math po ba is mainly algebra, or may calculus(differential and integral) or any other math related subjects?. 3rd, in English, what should I study po?. 4th, should I dig deep in every topic? I badly want to pass huhu. please po help me
