I was struggling with cooking, so I built this
My wife is lactose intolerant. My kid is allergic to gluten. I eat everything. Meal planning for us was a spreadsheet nightmare every Sunday.
So I built AegisTable: https://aegistable-mealplanner-antiwaste.base44.app
You set your dietary restrictions and allergies once in your profile - gluten, lactose, nuts, custom ones too. Then you open the AI recipe generator, describe what you want, and it creates recipes that actually fit your constraints. Not generic recipes with a note saying "omit the cheese." Recipes built around them from the start.
The planner is a weekly grid - breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner across 7 days. You drag recipes into slots. When the week looks right, you tap to generate the shopping list. It's already broken down by item, quantity, and unit. You don't build it manually.
There's also a "use what I have" mode where you type in ingredients sitting in your fridge and it generates recipes to use them before they go bad.
We're early - 2 users, ~790 visits in the last 30 days. The app is free and public, no login required to explore it.
