Triple positive IBC with Mets to brain and liver. Treatments? Chances?

Diagnosed HR+, HER2+ inflammatory breast cancer in October 2024. Just completed 8 rounds of neo-adjuvant chemo, surgery, radiation, and 14 rounds of adjuvant Kadcyla. Found out just 1 month after finishing Kadcyla that I have 1 brain met and 3 liver mets. My oncologist has not yet put me on any endocrine/hormone therapy.

Has anyone else been in this situation?
What treatments did you have?
How long do I have?

Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences.

Terminal illness age 54 can I access my employer pension?

Oncologist has told me I probably have 1-3 (max 5) years to live.

I’m currently on LTD with insurance covering my salary and my employer is covering my health benefits, life insurance, and pension contributions etc. while on LTD. The employer will do this for 3 years before I lose my job.

The LTD payments are only 60% of my salary and that’s a big drop. I’m single, and live in NB.

Can I withdraw from my defined contribution employer pension now? I also have some RRSPs - should I withdraw from those first? I have two adult children and I would like to do some special trips with them while I still can.
