




Mini Meals: soup to snacking
🍓INFO:🍓 I feel the need to express every post that my eating habits are unique due to my health GI/Gallbladder issues from my ED caused me to get surgery to have gallbladder yeeted. Personally, max fat per day is 30g and it varies person to person even with gallbladder issues. I tend to get severe gas pain unless I have mini meals so I can't OMAD anymore and even normal meals can hurt, so mini meals it is. Pease be kind, I’m trying!
✨️Theme:✨️ I did a lot of kitchen prep today so I made meals simple. I fixed a can of soup and added a other instant broths, spices, and some frozen chicken nuggets with a couple chunks of sad carrot and zucchini from the fridge and ate it for breakfast, morning snack, lunch, midday snack and then had the calories to really junk out with chocolate and gummy candy at night. ☺️
