Im planning on running a laptop with a 3080 egpu, can you guys give me some laptop suggestions under 750 dollars, and can i also be directed towards a guide for egpus

I got a free seat with scholarship there and was wondering if i should just join there or go for a good eamcet college (i want to study electrical engineering)

So i got 60% scholarship based on gat, but tsbie failed me in maths 2b for some reason (im guessing the corrector was in a bad mood but thats kinda irrelevant) what i want to know is will i have a problem with continuing forward with the admissions process due to supply result dates being way after the documents upload deadline. This situation really sucks because i got 75s in every pre board and all of a sudden im a fail student, so if someone has gone through this or anything similar can you help guide me through this
