Every time I switch to my wired Steelseries Arctis Nova Pro from my speakers on PS5, my mic is really quiet to party members. I have to go into the settings on the base and turn the mic volume all the way down and back up to ten. Then they hear me properly. If I switch back to my speakers and then come back, I have to do it again. It’s tedious to say the least.

Is there any fix for this? Is it a known problem? Headset is brand new.
