Motivation
I’m a 36-year-old guy who used to be pretty active, but the last few years have been really tough. My wife has been dealing with a lot of health issues, and it’s sent my stress and anxiety through the roof. I can feel how out of shape I’ve gotten—my body is sore in places that never used to bother me, and my strength is way down.
I’ve got a solid home gym set up in the basement with a weight bench, incline bench, barbells, curling bar, power tower, medicine ball, and an exercise bike. I really want to get back into lifting, cardio, stretching, and maybe even some yoga. Everything is ready, but I’m struggling hard with motivation.
Any suggestions on how to get started again?
