This claim is for mental health, I completed my C&P, DBQ was uploaded on 4/9/26. I uploaded treatment summary with my claim but did indicate I was receiving outside therapy. I filled out the 21-4142 online on 4/2, it seems the VA sent a request to my therapist on 4/8, I know my therapist hasn’t sent them yet nor has she received the request from the VA, but then they also closed the request a day after creating it on 4/9. Also it is saying I still need to provide authorization to disclose even though I’ve already done that. Just a lot of conflicting info, don’t want to hold up my claim. Anybody have any insight or experience with a sequence of events like this?
