I am having skin issue From almost 1.5 years and its not curing... Have any of yoh experienced same? Plz help

Not curing.. Asymptomatic Skin Condition.... Consulted with Two dermatologist and one MD (first) ..... Also advised for biopsy but Urologist said its not reqd

Is this normal or called inflammed and abnormal?
