Hi, my spouse is a PR and I’m a Canadian citizen. We are currently both outside Canada and her PR card is lost.

I understand PR cards usually can’t be applied for from outside Canada, but I’m wondering if it’s possible to still submit the application and have the new PR card mailed to a friend’s address in Canada.

Has anyone done this or know if IRCC allows it?
