I am a non-majority shareholder in a small company i used to work for. We have fallen behind in being able to pay our GST. If we decide to pay that in arrears, I understand that we may incur penalties. If a situation arises where we are unable to pay the GST and end up in liquidation, would the IRD come after shareholders?
Small company with less than 5 shareholders.

I am a personal trainer since 7 years and mainly work with athletes. My programming is geared towards performance for individuals and teams both youth and adults from multiple sports, primarily rugby and cricket.
Some of my programming is done on Teambuildr but a significant chunk of it is done on Google Sheets.
I find that a lot of my actions on Google Sheets can be very repetitive, and I wonder if there are things coaches do out there that make programming on Google Sheets less clunky, more effective and less time consuming.

E.g. often I post YouTube links with exercises with a short note on how I would recommend it needs to be done in this training block. I find that everytime I use the same exercise (for someone else’s programming), I have to go back to YouTube to find a new link for their programming. Going back to first person’s programme and picking the link from there is not an option because I find it takes as much time to find and open their sheet and copy the link, than searching YouTube and copying a fresh link (I also often forget who else I have used the exercise for, and therefore end up wasting time looking at 2-3 athletes’ programming before I find what I am looking for).

Keen to hear from people out here if you have any insight on how you go about solving some of these pain points for yourself, especially while programming on Google Sheets (open to discussing other platforms too).
