
Hi guys, I'm Brazilian and i live in Brazil, I'm using a translator, so please excuse any typos.
I'm experiencing a very specific problem with the game. I was traveling, specifically in Japan, on the game's release date. I downloaded the game there, but from my Brazilian Apple App Store using my Brazilian Apple account.
Apparently, my account is subject to the country's (Japan's) terms and conditions, and I discovered they have a monthly in-game purchase limit based on the player's age (which is great). However, my problem is that I don't meet the age limit; I've been over 18 for some time now.
Up to 16 years: 5,000 yen/month
16-18: 30,000 yen/month
18+: No limit
**I opened a ticket and received this response: "**We checked your account and confirmed that your first login history was in Japan. However, we also found that you are playing your account from a different country. Since the account was created in Japan, it is bound by Japan's terms and conditions. Japan's policies are strictly applied, and as much as we want to help you with your concern, we cannot further assist you on this matter."
That being said, I'd like to spend money in-game, not too much, just monthly items like keys and passes, but that already exceeds my monthly limit.
Has anyone else experienced this? Do you know how to help me? I probably won't be able to sign other terms and conditions if they don't allow it, but at least an age verification on the account would be helpful.
