US Mobile needs to learn a thing or two

You know they only give credit if you have a credit card on Auto pay. WTF. I added a new line and the new line had nothing but spam for like 2 weeks. So I had to ask for them to change the phone number. Then I had my two lines switched to another phone. That was done by chat it took 3 hours on a Sunday. To finally get my service up and running. That was disgust in another thread. I had a chat with a mod on here FarashaNova. She agreed with me that it was a problem that shouldn't have taken 3 hours to fix. I tried contacting her again but she hasn't replied.

So I So I ended up paying for my additional line for another month without any credit. I think US Mobile needs to rethink their policy about only giving credit unless you have a credit card on Auto pay.

It took 3 hours for them to straighten out a SIM line and an eSIM line. I was about to say Fcck it and go to another company. Even though I already paid for service to September. I've always said US Mobile is great when you talk to them on the phone. The chat service literally (can't say bad words). Again it took 3 hours today for them to straighten it out. I was about ready to kill someone. Watch I get banned for saying the word kill. Mod you try being on the phone for 3 hours cuz you had no fccking service. When you started out with service and then all of a sudden you lost it. I think you would (bad word) lose it too. In the future I recommend if you a problem don't use the chat service, Wait and call.
