Hello everyone,

Just wanted to ask for an opinion about the public charge bond everyone appears to waiting. Why do you think it will ease the pause for everyone?

I can definitely agree that this would make family-related petitions easier, but - in my opinion - will do basically nothing for the employment-based petitions which are currently affected as well.
Who is expected to pay the bond for EB categories? Principal applicant?
