I have three Onn pro 4K streaming boxes two of them allow me to select AI/PQAI/SR settings to open up the 4K boost. I have one box that is grayed out in that selection and does not allow me to select that function, I’ve reset and factory reset the box that is still greyed out out the other two boxes allow the selection fine does anybody have any suggestions They are all 2443A on box

TV mate is not allowing me to switch my folders for recording to the USB stack on the on device. It recognizes the stick and it lets me pick the folder but it doesn’t save the new location. Can anybody assist? Thank you in advance
