Beard eyebrows thinning 21M
Ive had this going on for 2 years of consistent hairloss, with burning, stinging sensation. Also increased oiliness in face and chest n scalp since this ever started.
Done 2 biopsies one behind my ear and the other one slightly above it. The biopsy report is down below. Even tho they say its not scarring alopecia im afraid the follicular inflammation will destroy my hairs and it will be too late. People that tell me its folliculitis wont it supposed to be like red pimples on the follicles? and its not diffuse either.

Biopsy report (behind my ears):
The epidermis is unremarkable. In the dermis, there are complete and atrophic pilosebaceous units with discrete perifolliculitis, sebaceous gland hyperplasia, and the presence of Demodex in the sebaceous glands.
The hair follicles are dilated with orthokeratosis and bacterial colonies. Fungal spores (consistent with folliculitis), compatible with Malassezia, are demonstrated. No cicatricial (scarring) component is seen in the current material.
