Pod 2 pro leaking hub repair.
All, interested in anyone who has attempted a repair of a leak on the hoses by the pumps. I've a pod 2 and after a year or so it sprung a leak. Got a new one under warranty, and took the old one to pieces out of curiosity. The leak was coming from the very short pipe from the top of the pump into the manifold.
Fast forward a couple of years and the warranty replacement has sprung a leak too. Exactly the same place as the first one. My first instinct is to try and use something like hh-66 vinyl cement on the crack in the tubing as the tubing looks tough to replace. Has anyone tried this?
Option 2 would be to replace the piping, I can't tell if it is a specific moulding or just ordinary pipe. If the latter, anyone got any idea what material and inner diameter?
